  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Step 2: Line your 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, allowing some overhang on the sides.
  3. Step 3: In a mixing bowl, combine the creamy peanut butter, powdered sugar, softened butter, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
  4. Step 4: Spread the peanut butter mixture evenly into the prepared baking pan.
  5. Step 5: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the semi-sweet chocolate chips with 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until melted.
