  • 0.25 cups Unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 cups Unsalted butter, melted
Filling Ingredients
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 14 ounces Sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup Semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 0.5 cups Milk chocolate chips
  • 0.25 cups Unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, and salt in a medium bowl.
  2. Stir in melted butter until evenly moistened. Press mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch pie plate.
  3. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until lightly golden. Let cool completely.
  4. In a medium saucepan, heat heavy cream over medium heat until it just begins to simmer. Remove from heat.
  5. Add sweetened condensed milk, semi-sweet chocolate chips, milk chocolate chips, and cocoa powder to the warm cream. Stir until chocolate is completely melted and smooth.
  6. Stir in vanilla extract. Pour chocolate filling into the cooled pie crust.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow the filling to set completely.
  8. Serve chilled and enjoy!

Notes

For an extra touch, garnish with chocolate shavings or whipped cream before serving. You can also experiment with different types of chocolate chips to customize the flavor.
