- Step 1: Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.

- Step 3: In a large mixing bowl, combine chopped lettuce, halved cherry tomatoes, shredded cheddar cheese, rinsed black beans, and corn. Mix well.
- Step 4: Add the cooked beef to the salad mixture and toss gently to combine without crushing the lettuce.
- Step 5: Add crushed tortilla chips and drizzle Catalina dressing over the top. Toss gently to combine.
- Step 6: Garnish with optional jalapeƱos, avocado, or olives and serve immediately.
