  • 1 cup tortilla chips crushed

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
  2. Step 2: Sprinkle taco seasoning over the cooked beef, add specified amount of water, stir, and let simmer for about 5 minutes.
  3. Step 3: In a large mixing bowl, combine chopped lettuce, halved cherry tomatoes, shredded cheddar cheese, rinsed black beans, and corn. Mix well.
  4. Step 4: Add the cooked beef to the salad mixture and toss gently to combine without crushing the lettuce.
  5. Step 5: Add crushed tortilla chips and drizzle Catalina dressing over the top. Toss gently to combine.
