  • 1 ounce package Taco Seasoning
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Black Olives
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Green Onions
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Pickled Jalapeños optional
  • Tortilla Chips for serving

Method
 

Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and taco seasoning. Mix until well combined.
  2. Stir in the sour cream until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  3. Gently fold in the cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, black olives, and green onions.
  4. If using, stir in the chopped pickled jalapeños.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a serving bowl or platter.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld and the dip to chill. This step also helps the dip set up nicely.
  7. Serve with tortilla chips. Enjoy!

Notes

For a spicier dip, add more jalapeños or a dash of your favorite hot sauce. You can also garnish the dip with extra cheese, sour cream, or chopped tomatoes before serving. Get creative with your serving bowl for an extra spooky presentation!
