Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 1 Large Cantaloupe
  • 1 Small Honeydew Melon
  • 1 cup Blueberries
  • 1 cup Blackberries
  • 1 cup Green Grapes
  • 1 Orange
  • 1 Kiwi
  • Optional Chocolate Chips
  • Optional Yogurt or Whipped Cream

Equipment

  • Melon baller or small spoon
  • Small knife
  • Toothpicks (optional)
  • Platter or serving dish

Method

Instructions
  1. Cut the cantaloupe and honeydew melons in half, remove seeds, and scoop out balls using a melon baller or small spoon. Set aside.
  2. Place the cantaloupe balls on a platter. Use a toothpick or small knife to create two small dots for eyes on each ball – these are your ghosts!
  3. Cut the orange into wedges. Carve simple pumpkin faces into the orange wedges using a small knife.
  4. Arrange the blueberries, blackberries, and green grapes around the ghosts and pumpkins to create a spooky landscape.
  5. Peel the kiwi and slice it into thin rounds or stars. Arrange them on the platter.
  6. Add optional chocolate chips for extra details on the ghosts or pumpkins. A dollop of yogurt or whipped cream adds a festive touch.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy your spooky fruit platter!

Notes

For extra fun, use cookie cutters to create different shapes from the melon. You can also add other fruits like strawberries or raspberries.
