- Step 1: In a medium saucepan, add the almond milk, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Use a whisk to mix the ingredients together until they are well combined.
- Step 2: Place the saucepan over medium heat. Whisk continuously to prevent the mixture from sticking to the bottom of the pan. Heat until warm and fragrant, about 5-7 minutes.
- Step 3: Once heated, add in the cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and a pinch of salt. Stir thoroughly to ensure that the spices are evenly distributed.
- Step 4: Remove the saucepan from heat and let the mixture cool slightly.
- Step 5: Pour the cooled mixture into a blender and blend on high speed until the creamer is completely smooth and frothy.
- Step 6: Pour the blended creamer into an airtight container. Store it in the refrigerator for up to one week.
Notes
Shake well before using, as some separation may occur. Adjust sweetness with more or less maple syrup to suit your taste.
