Main Ingredients
  • 6 cups Cubed Watermelon (seedless)
  • 2 cups Cubed Cantaloupe
  • 2 cups Cubed Honeydew Melon
  • 1 cup Blueberries
  • 1 cup Strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Fresh Mint Leaves Optional
  • 2 tablespoons Lime Juice Optional

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Wash all fruits thoroughly under cold running water.
  2. Cut the watermelon, cantaloupe, and honeydew melon into bite-sized cubes. Remove any seeds from the watermelon.
  3. Hull and slice the strawberries.
  4. In a large bowl, gently combine the cubed watermelon, cantaloupe, honeydew melon, blueberries, and strawberries.
  5. If using, add the chopped mint leaves and lime juice. Gently toss to combine.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld and the salad to chill. (Optional, but recommended)
  7. Serve chilled and enjoy!

Notes

For a sweeter salad, add a drizzle of honey or agave nectar. You can also add other fruits like grapes, pineapple, or kiwi. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
