  • 6 cups Cubed Watermelon (seedless)
  • 1 cup Strawberries hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup Blueberries
  • 1 cup Raspberries
  • 1/2 cup Blackberries
  • 2 tablespoons Lime Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon Honey or Maple Syrup optional, to taste
  • several Fresh Mint Leaves optional, for garnish

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Wash all fruit thoroughly under cold running water.
  2. Cut the watermelon into bite-sized cubes. Hull and slice the strawberries.
  3. In a large bowl, gently combine the watermelon, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries.
  4. Add the lime juice to the fruit mixture.
  5. If desired, add honey or maple syrup and gently toss to combine. Taste and adjust sweetness as needed.
  6. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld (optional).
  7. Garnish with fresh mint leaves (if using) and serve immediately. Enjoy!

Notes

For a sweeter salad, add a bit more honey or maple syrup. You can also add other berries like cranberries or chopped peaches. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
