  • 1 cup Strawberries hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup Blueberries
  • 1 cup Raspberries
  • 1 Orange peeled and segmented
  • 1 Red Apple cored and diced
  • 1 Kiwi peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup Grapes halved (red and green)
  • 1/4 cup Pomegranate Seeds optional
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 1 tablespoon Honey or Maple Syrup optional, to taste

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Gently wash all fruits under cold running water.
  2. Prepare all fruits as indicated in the ingredients list: hull and slice strawberries, peel and segment orange, core and dice apple, peel and slice kiwi, halve grapes.
  3. In a large bowl, combine all the prepared fruits.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice and honey or maple syrup (if using) until well combined.
  5. Pour the lemon juice mixture over the fruit in the large bowl.
  6. Gently toss the fruit to coat evenly. Be careful not to bruise the fruit.
  7. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for later. Enjoy!

Notes

For extra visual appeal, arrange the fruit in a rainbow pattern before serving. You can also add other fruits like mango, pineapple, or cantaloupe. Adjust the amount of honey or maple syrup to your liking.
