- Step 1: Season your steaks generously with salt and pepper on both sides. Press the seasoning into the steak lightly for even coverage.
- Step 2: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the seasoned steaks to the pan. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, adjusting time as preferred. Remove and let rest for 5 minutes.
- Step 3: Lower the heat and add minced garlic to the same skillet. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant and golden.
- Step 4: Pour in heavy cream, stir to combine, and add Dijon mustard and Worcestershire sauce. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Step 5: Slice the rested steaks against the grain into strips, serve with creamy garlic sauce drizzled on top, and garnish with parsley.
Notes
This dish pairs well with mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables, or a fresh salad. You can also serve it with crusty bread to soak up the sauce.
