- Gently wash all fruits under cold running water.
- Hull and slice the strawberries. Halve the grapes.
- Peel and slice the kiwi.
- In a large bowl, combine all the prepared fruits.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the honey and lime juice until the honey is completely dissolved.
- Pour the honey-lime mixture over the fruit and gently toss to coat all pieces evenly.
- If using, add the chopped mint and gently mix.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld. Serve chilled.
Notes
For a sweeter salad, add a little more honey to taste. You can substitute other fruits like mango, cantaloupe, or watermelon for variety. Consider adding a splash of orange liqueur for an adult version.
