  • 1 cup Strawberries hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup Blueberries
  • 1 cup Raspberries
  • 1 cup Mandarin Orange Segments
  • 1 cup Grapes halved (red and green)
  • 1 Kiwi peeled and sliced
  • 0.5 cup Pineapple Chunks
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice freshly squeezed
  • 0.25 cup Fresh Mint chopped (optional)

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Gently wash all fruits under cold running water.
  2. Hull and slice the strawberries. Halve the grapes.
  3. Peel and slice the kiwi.
  4. In a large bowl, combine all the prepared fruits.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey and lime juice until the honey is completely dissolved.
  6. Pour the honey-lime mixture over the fruit and gently toss to coat all pieces evenly.
  7. If using, add the chopped mint and gently mix.
  8. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld. Serve chilled.

Notes

For a sweeter salad, add a little more honey to taste. You can substitute other fruits like mango, cantaloupe, or watermelon for variety. Consider adding a splash of orange liqueur for an adult version.
