- Step 1: In a mixing bowl, combine 1/2 cup sour cream and 2 tablespoons mayonnaise. Stir until fully blended.
- Step 2: Add 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish, 2 tablespoons honey, 1 clove minced garlic, and 1 tablespoon lemon juice. Mix until smooth.
- Step 3: Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
