  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup or sweetener of choice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • A pinch salt

Equipment

  • Medium saucepan
  • Whisk
  • Measuring cups and spoons
  • Airtight container for storage
  • Cooling rack (optional)

Method

  1. Step 1: In a medium saucepan, pour in the heavy cream and milk. Add the pumpkin puree and maple syrup. Ensure all ingredients are measured accurately.
  2. Step 2: Place the saucepan over medium heat. Whisk continuously until the mixture is warm and well combined, but do not let it boil.
  3. Step 3: Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract, pumpkin pie spice, and a pinch of salt. Taste and adjust flavors if necessary.
  4. Step 4: Allow the creamer to cool completely before transferring it to an airtight container. Store in the refrigerator for up to one week.
  5. Step 5: Shake before use to mix all ingredients, as they may separate over time. Pour into your coffee and enjoy!

Notes

For a vegan option, substitute heavy cream with coconut cream and use non-dairy milk. Adjust sweetness and spice levels according to your taste.
