  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 0.5 cup brown sugar packed
  • 0.25 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup molasses
  • 0.5 cup buttermilk
For the Glaze
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract

Method
