Ingredients
  

Crust Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 cups Graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup Granulated sugar
  • 6 tablespoons Unsalted butter, melted
Filling Ingredients
  • 1 14-ounce can Sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup Creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup Heavy cream, cold
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • Optional Chocolate shavings or peanut butter chips For garnish

Method
 

Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Mix until well combined.
  2. Press the crumb mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch pie plate. Use the bottom of a measuring cup or glass to ensure an even crust.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk and peanut butter until smooth.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat the cold heavy cream with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form.
  5. Gently fold the whipped cream and vanilla extract into the peanut butter mixture until just combined.
  6. Pour the peanut butter filling over the graham cracker crust and spread evenly.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow the pie to set.
  8. Garnish with chocolate shavings or peanut butter chips before serving.

Notes

For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate shavings. You can also add a pinch of salt to the filling to enhance the peanut butter flavor.
