  • 2 cups Grated Zucchini about 2 medium zucchinis
  • 1.5 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
  • 0.5 cups Vegetable Oil
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 0.5 cup Chopped Walnuts or Pecans optional

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
