Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 1 cup Peanut Butter creamy or crunchy
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Milk any kind
  • 1/2 cup Chocolate Chips semi-sweet or milk chocolate
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract optional, for enhanced flavor

Equipment

  • Mixing bowl
  • Measuring cups and spoons
  • Wax Paper or Parchment Paper

Method

Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, powdered sugar, and milk.
  2. If using, stir in the vanilla extract.
  3. Mix thoroughly until a dough forms. If the mixture is too dry, add a tablespoon of milk at a time until it comes together.
  4. Roll the dough into small balls (about 1 inch in diameter).
  5. Melt the chocolate chips according to package directions. You can do this in a microwave or double boiler.
  6. Dip each peanut butter ball into the melted chocolate, ensuring it's fully coated.
  7. Place the chocolate-covered balls onto a baking sheet lined with wax paper or parchment paper.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the chocolate to set.

Notes

Store leftover peanut butter balls in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. For a fun variation, add sprinkles or chopped nuts to the melted chocolate before dipping the balls.
