- Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
- Step 2: In a large bowl, combine melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Step 3: Add in the eggs and vanilla extract. Mix until fully incorporated.
- Step 4: In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Step 5: Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
- Step 6: Gently fold in the semi-sweet chocolate chips.
- Step 7: Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
- Step 8: In a medium bowl, mix together creamy peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Step 9: Drop spoonfuls of the peanut butter mixture over the blondie batter and swirl using a knife or toothpick.
- Step 10: Sprinkle milk chocolate chips over the top.
- Step 11: Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Step 12: Allow to cool in the pan, then cut into squares and enjoy!
