- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, artichoke hearts, black olives, red bell pepper, red onion, and diced tomatoes.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, oregano, basil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss gently to combine.
- Stir in the crumbled feta cheese and fresh basil.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld. This salad tastes even better the next day!

Notes
For a spicier kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the dressing. Feel free to substitute other vegetables, such as cucumbers or cherry tomatoes. You can also add grilled chicken or chickpeas for extra protein.
