- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a medium bowl. Mix until evenly moistened.
- Press the crumb mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch pie plate.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until lightly golden brown. Let cool completely.
- In a large bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk, peanut butter, and cocoa powder until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, beat heavy cream with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture along with the vanilla extract and salt. Mix until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
- Pour the filling into the cooled crust.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow the pie to set. Serve chilled and enjoy!
Notes
For a richer chocolate flavor, use dark cocoa powder. You can also add chocolate chips to the filling for extra chocolatey goodness. Top with a sprinkle of chopped peanuts before serving for added texture and flavor.
