Method
- Step 1: In a mixing bowl, combine creamy peanut butter, powdered sugar, graham cracker crumbs, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined and a dough forms.
- Step 2: Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper. Press the peanut butter mixture evenly into the bottom of the dish.
- Step 3: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine dark chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until melted and smooth.
- Step 4: Once the chocolate is melted, pour it over the peanut butter layer in the baking dish. Use a spatula to spread it evenly across the surface.
- Step 5: Before the chocolate sets, sprinkle a pinch of sea salt over the top.
- Step 6: Refrigerate the bars for at least 2 hours or until set.
- Step 7: Once set, lift the bars out of the dish using the parchment paper. Cut into squares or rectangles and serve.
Notes
These bars can be stored in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to a week. For longer storage, wrap individual bars in plastic wrap and freeze.
