- Step 1: In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef and cook until browned, about 7-10 minutes. Drain any excess fat.
- Step 2: Add the taco seasoning to the skillet according to the package instructions and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
- Step 3: In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded lettuce, halved cherry tomatoes, rinsed black beans, corn, and shredded cheese.
- Step 4: Add the cooked ground beef mixture to the salad bowl and gently toss to combine.
- Step 5: Just before serving, crush the Doritos and sprinkle them over the top of the salad.
- Step 6: Serve with sour cream and salsa on the side, or drizzle them over the salad.
Notes
You can prepare the ingredients in advance but add the Doritos just before serving to keep them crunchy.
