- Step 1: Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and rinse in cold water.
- Step 2: Prepare the bacon, cherry tomatoes, and romaine lettuce while the pasta is cooking. Crumble the bacon, halve the tomatoes, and chop the lettuce.
- Step 3: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled pasta, crumbled bacon, halved tomatoes, and chopped lettuce. Toss gently.
- Step 4: In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, and seasoning. Adjust to taste.
- Step 5: Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss until well coated. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Step 6: Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve.
Notes
