  • 1 cup romaine lettuce chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and rinse in cold water.
  2. Step 2: Prepare the bacon, cherry tomatoes, and romaine lettuce while the pasta is cooking. Crumble the bacon, halve the tomatoes, and chop the lettuce.
  3. Step 3: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled pasta, crumbled bacon, halved tomatoes, and chopped lettuce. Toss gently.
  4. Step 4: In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, and seasoning. Adjust to taste.
