  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Onion Powder

Instructions
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 300°F (150°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine pumpkin seeds, olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Toss gently to coat evenly.
  3. Spread the seasoned pumpkin seeds in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Avoid overcrowding; work in batches if necessary.
  4. Air fry for 8-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through. Cooking time may vary depending on your air fryer.
  5. Check for doneness: Seeds should be golden brown and crispy. Add a couple more minutes if needed, checking frequently to prevent burning.
  6. Remove from air fryer and let cool completely before serving. This allows them to crisp up further.

Notes

For extra flavor, try adding other spices like chili powder, cumin, or cayenne pepper. Store leftover seeds in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
