- Step 1: In a medium saucepan, combine the pumpkin puree, milk, heavy cream, and sugar. Whisk them together until well mixed.
- Step 2: Place the saucepan over medium heat. Stir frequently until the mixture is warm but not boiling.
- Step 3: Once heated, remove from heat and add vanilla extract, pumpkin pie spice, and salt. Stir well.
- Step 4: Allow the mixture to cool slightly in the saucepan for about 10-15 minutes.
- Step 5: Carefully pour the creamer into an airtight container.
- Step 6: Store the creamer in the refrigerator for up to a week. Shake before using.

Notes
Make it vegan by substituting the heavy cream with coconut cream and using a non-dairy milk.
