- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine the drained green beans, softened cream cheese, milk, mayonnaise, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until well combined and the cream cheese is fully incorporated.
- Stir in the cream of mushroom soup until everything is evenly mixed.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
- Top with 1 cup of French fried onions.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until heated through and bubbly. The onions should be golden brown and crispy.

Notes
For a richer flavor, use homemade cream of mushroom soup. You can also add other vegetables like mushrooms or carrots. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
