- Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

- Step 4: Pour in vegetable or chicken broth, heavy cream, salt, black pepper, and dried Italian herbs. Stir to combine.
- Step 5: Bring to a simmer and let it cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Step 6: Remove from heat and stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
- Step 7: Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and tender.
- Step 8: Garnish with fresh chopped parsley before serving.
