- Step 1: In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the rotini pasta and cook according to the package instructions until al dente, usually about 8-10 minutes. Once cooked, drain the pasta in a colander and rinse under cold water to cool it down quickly.
- Step 2: While the pasta is cooking, take your cooked chicken and dice it into bite-sized pieces. Chop your romaine lettuce and halve the cherry tomatoes.
- Step 3: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled rotini pasta, diced chicken, halved cherry tomatoes, and chopped romaine lettuce. Toss gently to mix the ingredients.
- Step 4: Pour the Caesar dressing over the mixed ingredients and add the grated Parmesan cheese. Toss everything together until all ingredients are evenly coated with the dressing.
- Step 5: Taste your salad and season with salt and pepper as needed.
- Step 6: Just before serving, sprinkle the croutons on top. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
Notes
This pasta salad can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge for up to 3 days. Keep croutons separate to maintain their crunch.
