- Step 1: In a medium bowl, start by adding 1 cup of sour cream and 1/4 cup of prepared horseradish. Use a spoon or spatula to mix them together until well blended.
- Step 2: Next, peel and grate 1 medium apple. Add the grated apple to the sour cream and horseradish mixture. Mix everything well until the apple is evenly distributed.
- Step 3: Add 1 tablespoon of lemon juice and 1 tablespoon of honey to the mixture. Stir well to combine all the ingredients.
- Step 4: Taste your sauce and adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper according to your preference.
- Step 5: Transfer the sauce to a refrigerator-safe container. Cover it and let it chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Step 6: After chilling, give the sauce a quick stir before serving. Use it as a condiment for grilled meats, seafood, or as a dip for veggies.

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week. Always give it a good stir before serving again.
