Method
 

  1. Step 1: In a medium saucepan, add heavy cream, whole milk, and brown sugar. Stir the ingredients together.
  2. Step 2: Place the saucepan over medium heat. Stir continuously until the brown sugar is completely dissolved, about 3-4 minutes. Avoid boiling.
  3. Step 3: Reduce heat to low and add vanilla extract, pumpkin pie spice, and pumpkin puree. Whisk until well combined.
  4. Step 4: Continue to heat on low until warmed to your liking, stirring occasionally.
  5. Step 5: Remove from heat and let cool for 15-20 minutes. Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate.

Notes

Shake well before using, as separation may occur. The creamer lasts up to one week in the refrigerator.
