- Step 1: In a medium saucepan, combine the heavy cream, milk, pumpkin puree, and maple syrup. Use a whisk to mix everything together.
- Step 2: Place the saucepan over medium heat. Stir the mixture frequently to prevent it from sticking. Heat until warm but not boiling, about 5-7 minutes.
- Step 3: Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract, pumpkin pie spice, and a pinch of salt. Ensure everything is well combined.
- Step 4: Allow to cool slightly, then transfer to a sealed container and refrigerate for up to a week.
- Step 5: Shake before using and add to your coffee for a rich, autumnal flavor!
