  • 1 cup Heavy cream cold

Equipment

  • 9-inch pie plate

Instructions
  1. Crush Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or by placing them in a zip-top bag and crushing with a rolling pin.
  2. Combine crushed Oreos and melted butter in a bowl. Mix well to combine.
  3. Press the Oreo mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch pie plate, forming an even crust. Refrigerate while you make the filling.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat together the sweetened condensed milk, peanut butter, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  5. In a separate bowl, whip the cold heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  6. Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until just combined.
  7. Pour the peanut butter filling over the Oreo crust and spread evenly.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving to allow the pie to set.

Notes

For a richer flavor, use salted peanut butter. You can also garnish the pie with chocolate shavings, extra Oreos, or a drizzle of melted chocolate.
