  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese Softened
  • 1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Green Onions Chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt or to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper or to taste

Instructions
  1. Cook the breakfast sausage in a large skillet over medium heat, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned and cooked through. Drain off any excess grease.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked sausage, softened cream cheese, and cheddar cheese.
  3. Stir in the green onions, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe dish.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 15-20 minutes, or until heated through and bubbly.

Notes

For a spicier dip, use hot sausage. You can also add other cheeses, such as Monterey Jack or pepper jack, for a different flavor profile. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
